Active, Veterans, & Retired Military Members Can Save

Active-duty military members, U.S. military veterans (within 24 months of separation from service), and retired U.S. military personnel (with at least 20 years of service) can qualify to earn this $500 bonus.

Things to Know Before You Shop

Providing eligibility documentation isn't the only thing we'll need. In order to qualify for this program, you must finance or lease a new Volkswagen vehicle. Pre-owned VW models aren't eligible for this program. Additionally, this program excludes the VW Golf R model.

If you are using your bonus for a member of your household, proof will be required as well. The $500 bonus is applied toward the MSRP and is not redeemable for cash. If there are multiple military or first responder members in your household, only one bonus is allowed per VIN. Additionally, eligible recipients can receive this bonus on up to two Volkswagen vehicles per year.
